Brittney's dance journey started when she was just 18 months old. She loved singing, dancing, and performing for her family so much that at age 3 her parents decided to enroll her in dance lessons. For 16 years she trained under Julie Dionne at JD's Fabulous Feet in Red Deer competing across the province. She won various medals for both group and solo performances in tap, jazz, ballet, musical theater, variety, lyrical and hip hop. Brittney participated in many workshops and studied with various guest instructors, but she largely credits Julie Dionne for her knowledge and love for the technical disciplines.

Additionally, in high school Brittney took advanced dance under Sandy Cai where she learned a variety of cultural styles and expanded her knowledge in lyrical, jazz, and ballet. She was given the opportunity to teach other students in the advanced program and further expanded her creative mind through choreographing and improvisation.

After high school Brittney completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Calgary and in 2019 she joined Pound It to pursue and expand her knowledge in dance styles. She has trained with King Charles and Rico and hopes to continue to expand her street style knowledge and skills.

Brittney's love for all styles of dance shines in every aspect of her life and she is excited to share it with the Pound It family. She can't wait to dance with you!
